The Martins have been developing, designing, and building residential communities in the Mid-Ohio Valley since 1989, including Painter's Crossing, The Silos (I & II), Hunter's Run, The Fields at Little Run Farm, and Cooper's Ridge.
Their approach is hands-on and locally managed, with development and construction overseen on site in Williamstown. JM Group, Ltd. is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of the Mid-Ohio Valley.
