The Nickerson plan includes a flexible study that may remain open or be enclosed as an optional third bedroom. The Nickerson homes at Homesites 11 and 18 were both built with the enclosed third-bedroom configuration.

The standard floor plan may show the open-study configuration.
Homesites 11 (move-in ready) and 18 (sale pending) are built with the enclosed third-bedroom configuration.
Homesite 13 is also a Nickerson under construction.
The Nickerson study may remain open or be enclosed as an optional third bedroom where that configuration is offered.
