Understanding the Layout

A grand room made for entertaining

The Hibiscus centers on a 17' × 24'6" grand room that flows into the dining room and kitchen, all opening onto a 10' × 24'6" covered porch.

Two bedrooms and two full baths are joined by a den/office that can serve as a study or an optional third bedroom, and the attached two-car garage connects through the laundry/mud room.
